NJ Health Care Access On-line allows individuals to locate hospitals, nursing homes, and other health care facilities and their proximity to the public transit system throughout New Jersey. The Search function is used to locate health care facility information by the facility address. Detailed hospital or nursing home data is available in the Information section.
